I am Michael Russell. I created Off Duty Offer as a spin off of my "On Duty" job as a Maui County police officer. I have served the Hana, Upcountry (mainly Makawao), Kahului, Wailuku communities and am currently in my home town, Lahaina District.

A big problem I see is the homeless population keeps growing. I see good families living on the street. At the same time, I see a lot of derelict looking homes that are completely unlivable. My goal is to find these vacant and/or distressed homes and rehabilitate them into a comfortable home for a local family to rent or own. This is my way of giving back to the communities I serve and care for.
